Project planning is at the heart of SITCO’s approach and recognizes all of the activities necessary for a successful implementation. It contains all of the project schedules and outlines the resources for – and the responsibilities of – all team members. After developing the project plan, the team can begin the implementation phase;  prototyping, configuration, testing, and production/installation.

SITCO will visualize and create a detailed process map based on the results of an extensive analysis of your requirements. Process mapping allows for the documentation of all the steps that will take place to implement your IT solution of choice. This service insures that any development or implementation activities take place in the most convenient manner and in relation to specific  requirements.
